**Role**: Graduate/ Entry Level Recruiter (Graduate Scheme)

**Package**: £23-26K Basic Salary + Uncapped Commission (£30K OTE Year 1) (£45K OTE Year 2) (£60K OTE Year 3)

**The Role**:

- Building relationships with existing and new clients
- Using Recruitment tools to source talent and fill vacancies
- Conducting business development calls to attract new business from clients
- Researching your market
- Account Management
- Networking

- Building a personal brand in your chosen market
