Our client is seeking an experienced Event Manager to their incredible start up within the growing FinTech Market.

**Salary** £32,000 - £38,000 base depending on experience, plus excellent benefits

**Location**Central London, Near Moorgate and Liverpool street

**Hybrid**Yes, 3 days in the office, 2 days from home

**Duties**:

- Successfully plan, execute and manage the end-to-end process and logistics for all events. There are about 12 events a year. From in-person, hybrid & virtual including multi-day conferences, forums, round tables, award ceremonies and bespoke meetings andinternal events (away days, end of year party) in the UK and potentially Europe
- Get creative with bespoke events for our clients
- Research competitor events, assist with event format suggestions, source venues and liaise with suppliers
- Organise events as the lead event manager by supporting our Head of Events/ ETF Stream events manager for internal/ other events ( eg Away Day, Christmas Party)
- Liaise with different team members, speakers and sponsors in order to bring the events to life and ensure their commercial success
- Run the event on the day by yourself or support the events team
- Updating senior management with post-event reports
- Assist our Head of Events with handling budgeting
