**Working in a busy Sales Office,**
Handling incoming calls.
Helping to process new accounts.
Downloading BACS payment list from the bank.
Processing, monitoring and allocating Cash Sale Payments.
Allocating Sales Ledger Payments.
Posting Invoices and Receipts.
Raising Invoices - Checking delivery notes.
Raising Purchase Orders.
Booking Transport on occasions when delivery made by others.
Other administrative tasks as required.
**The role involves working with our sales team - training available in all areas if/as required.**
