We're seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our event team for the remainder of this year, just in time for the busy Christmas season. If it works for both parties, there will be further opportunities to work with us in 2025.

From event coordinators to catering assistants, we have a variety of roles available with competitive hourly rates based on the position and your experience.

Your primary focus will be with our subsidiary brand, West End on the Thames, a leading river event specialist. Renowned for its expertise in corporate and wedding events on the river, West End on the Thames is the go-to choice for unforgettable experiences.

The roles we are looking to fill:

- **Event Coordinator** - As an Event Coordinator, you will work closely with our team under the guidance of our Event Managers. Your role involves assisting in the execution of events and providing support wherever needed to ensure the success of the event.
- **Catering Assistants** - As a Catering Assistant, you will be an integral part of our catering team, involved in the serving of food to guests at events. Your duties may include setting up serving stations, replenishing food, and ensuring guest satisfaction.

Please note that training will be provided on-site at the events, where you will shadow senior team members to familiarise yourself with your role and responsibilities.

**Our Expectations**:

- Outgoing personality and friendly demeanor
- Excellent communication skills (English fluency is a MUST)
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Strong work ethic and ability to work within a team
- Proactive and able to use initiative
- Must be 18 years or older and reside within a 5-mile radius of London
- Previous experience in event management is mandatory for the event manager role, but for event coordinators or catering assistants, it's not necessarily required, although it would still be beneficial
