**How you make it all possible...***:

- Embedding agile ways of working and running the ceremonies, including stand-ups, sprint
- planning, sprint reviews, retrospectives and show and tells both internally and externally
- Identifying obstacles and helping the team to overcome them
- Facilitating and tracking team risks and dependencies
- Helping the team to focus on the priorities to deliver the product or service
- Managing and tracking the project team’s production, with the support of the technical
- lead, on a daily basis to ensure deliverables are met
- Encouraging and facilitating continuous improvement of the delivery team
- Building great relationships with your team and stakeholders
- Working closely with the programme manager to ensure your team’s resource is in order and used efficiently
- Attending briefings, pitches and debriefings when necessary
- Ensuring high levels of communication are achieved at all times
- Working outside normal office hours when required in many locations throughout the UK and overseas

**What's in your toolbox...***:

- A healthy amount of experience delivering complex digital projects (look at you, show off)
- Cracking knowledge and experience of agile project management and working practices (SCRUM/ Lean/ DSDM/ APMG)
- An impressive understanding of user-centred design principles and practices

The role will be based primarily in Hartlebury and Manchester, but there will be times when you’ll need to work from our other offices and undertake other related commercial duties both in the UK and overseas. Flexibility is key
