South East Coast Ambulance Service is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable professional to join our Resilience Team as an EPRR Officer. This role offers an excellent opportunity for personal and professional development into a healthcare resilience environment, providing essential support to the trust and its multi-agency and system partners. Primarily, this role will work within the county of Kent, supporting the EPRR Manager to deliver our obligations under the Civil Contingencies Act and EPRR Core Standards.
The Resilience Department is responsible for enhancing the Trust's ability to respond to Major Incidents and business disruptions, ensuring the continuous delivery of critical services relied upon by stakeholders and the community.

EPRR Officers play a crucial role in delivering the EPRR agenda to the trust. This role involves contributing to the design and development of plans and ensuring their delivery in line with Emergency Planning guidance.
The post-holder will share specialist knowledge with all departments, providing expertise in emergency planning, business continuity, and resilience for SECAmb.
