**Purpose**:

- Always present a professional image of oneself, the department and the company.
- Maintain and control master data including BOMs and routings.
- Coordinate engineering change, including component up-issue, set changes, and managing obsolescence.
- Process transactions - Sales order through production order to delivery.
- Support financial controls through inventory analysis, stock take and cycle counting.
- Work with Business Development to maintain internal order tracking and forecast (Production planning).
- Work with procurement to identify material requirements for committed builds (Production planning).
- Manage outgoing and incoming deliveries, including customs documentation (Warehousing and logistics).
- Identify requirements for on-site stores and external or 3PL requirements (Warehousing and logistics).
- Lead material handling team to ensure coverage for goods receipt, production kitting and R&D activities (Warehousing and logistics).

**Responsibilities**
- Ensure that you always understand and comply with Health and Safety at work regulations.
- Ensure all tasks are carried out in a safe and controlled manner, whilst also being compliant with quality requirements.
- Ensure that you always comply to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) requirements and act as a role model to others on site.
- Ensure you understand product safety and customer specific requirements and help to ensure that they are always met.
- To assist where applicable with ensuring the company achieves and maintains quality certifications and continually work withing relevant guidelines.
- To assist in other areas of the department as required by the line manager.

**Knowledge and Experience**
- Material Control - ERP (SAP B1 preferred)

You will be expected to be maintain a professional attitude to the job and in the way you conduct yourself. You must be capable of communicating at all levels of the business and with external stakeholders where required.

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
