Role - Java Engineers

Location - London/Hybrid/2 days per month in the office

I am recruiting for multiple Midweight and Senior Java Engineers on behalf of this high growth FinTech scaleup backed by a household name.

They have grown an engineering team to over 100+ in just a few short years and are planning to continue that trajectory - meaning there's excellent opportunities for career progression here.

The products you will be working on here is one of a kind and has a genuine impact into the startup economy, helping small businesses get off the ground and be successful.

As a Java Engineer joining this high performing team, you will be working on a variety of greenfield projects, including building a new banking-as-a-service platform using Java17, Springboot Micronaut, AWS, GCP Docker, Kubernetes, Postgres and more.

You will work with stakeholders across the business to drive the direction of their engineering and put the long-term interests of customers at the heart of key decisions, collaborating across their backend chapter to uphold standards and best.

You should have strong experience with SpringBoot and/or Micronaut, Kubernetes/Docker, AWS and/or GCP and message-driven architecture (ideally using Kafka but SQS/SNS/PubSub knowledge will also be considered)

They are paying market leading salaries for these roles plus exceptional benefits like 10% pension (non-contributory), 10% guaranteed cash allowance, bonuses ranging upto 25% and 38 days holiday (including bank holidays)

They have a flexible working environment - you'll need to be available to go in 2 days per month if required to their Central London based office.

If you do want to go in more that's fine, there are plenty of people in the engineering team in regularly.
