Part of the City & County Healthcare group, ICCM provides highly trained care teams for individuals who live within their own homes. We specialise in nurse-led care for adults and children with a range of disabilities such as spinal cord injuries, braininjuries, Multiple Sclerosis and Muscular Dystrophy.

We are looking for care Assistants to work with one of our clients with Spinal cord injuries, pre injury our client was a dedicated athlete. You will be assisting our client with all elements of personal care, moving and handling activities, domestic duties,social activities and supporting with his personal interests.

**The Role:
The role is varied and will consist of supporting our client who has a genetic neurological and developmental disorder. You will be carrying out all elements of personal care. Supporting the client with all household tasks to include, shopping, cleaningand involvement in social activities, visiting day centres and sensory days out.

**The person:
Experience in supporting people with similar needs and an understanding of person-centred practice would be wonderful but isn’t crucial as full training and supervision is provided. You will need to be empathetic, a team player, have excellent communicationskills and be comfortable using your initiative.

We are looking for caring, conscientious individuals who are happy to work all shifts including nights. Reliability and punctuality are very important.

You will be someone who is cheerful, respectful, patient and who wants to make a real difference in your role.

We are looking for kind, compassionate and dedicated Female Care Assistants to look after a young lady with complex needs. You must be a driver and a non-smoker.

**Applicants must hold a full, clean, UK driving licence and be confident to drive the clients mobility**
