**Overview**
**Duties**
The Administrator will be responsible for a range of duties, including but not limited to:
- Assisting with financial documentation and record-keeping, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Handling correspondence, both internal and external, with professionalism and attention to detail.
- Maintaining filing systems, both electronic and paper-based, to ensure easy retrieval of information.
- Collaborating with team members across departments to facilitate communication and case completion.
- Providing a 5-star service to our clients.
**Experience**
- Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably within the financial services sector.
- Verifying ID/Documents ensuring applicants meet the lender’s criteria
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Uploading supporting documents to the lender’s portal
- Updating the in-house system ensuring all notes are clear and accurate
- Be able to prioritise workload according to client need.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: £24,950.00-£26,546.00 per year
Expected hours: No more than 37 per week
