Customer Support Champion
Location: Bunzl Cleaning and Hygiene Supplies - Birmingham
Working Schedule: Monday-Friday 37.5 hours
**Salary**: £25,000 + Bonus

The Role
You will work as part of BCHS’s growing National Contact Centre, providing expert advice & solutions on products & services to our customers, while supporting the National Account Director’s in the general management of our biggest clients. You will handle a large volume of inbound customer/internal contact where you will provide support and liaise with other departments to resolve queries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert advice and suggestions to customers on BCHS’s products & services
- Manage & build strong customer relationships with a personalised approach taking into consideration the customer’s specific needs.
- Educate & support our customers in making more sustainable & innovative solutions
- Ensure all customer enquiries & orders are dealt with correctly and efficiently by driving a First Contact Resolution approach.
- Provide support to our National Account Director’s around general account management - Reporting, new account/site/user set ups etc.
- Collaboratively work with other internal business units to achieve customer satisfaction and end-to-end resolutions
- Work as part of the Contact Centre’s support team & wider team, sharing ideas, knowledge and resources.
Your skills and attributes:
- Excellent customer service & communication skills - Written and verbally
- Preferably a background in telephony and/or written communication with customers (1 years’ experience)
- A growth mindset that actively seeks out opportunities to develop and grow themselves, colleagues & their business.
- Self-motivated/upbeat individual with the ability to work fast-paced, learn quickly and retain a high level information
- Experience in using Zendesk and/or Creatio would be a bonus
