**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct thorough daily audits of PPC accounts to maintain high standards.
- Oversee account management, focusing on KPIs and effective search term utilization to drive client success.
- Develop processes that proactively address brand growth challenges.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and implement solutions for efficiency within the PPC department.
- Monitor performance metrics and prioritize improvements based on data analysis and best practices.
- Resolve account issues promptly to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
- Track team performance against KPIs and ensure alignment with objectives.
- Create, review, and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) for accuracy.
- Lead quality control initiatives across all PPC processes for consistency.
- Document actions taken in Airtable every four hours for transparency.
- Assign tasks efficiently while outlining clear next steps when immediate reassignment is not possible.
- Collaborate closely with Brand Management to understand each client's narrative and goals.
- Generate daily reports detailing audits and actions taken.
- Facilitate teamwork between PPC and SEO teams for integrated account management.
- Embed proactive audit techniques into daily training sessions to enhance team skills.

**Qualifications**
- 2+ years of experience managing Amazon PPC in an agency setting.
- 2-4 years of hands-on experience with Amazon PPC campaigns.
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple brands/accounts while crafting tailored strategies for diverse clients.
- Proficient in using Amazon bulk files, negation strategies, account organization, and keyword research tools like Helium10.
- Leadership experience with a results-oriented mindset is highly valued.
- Adaptable with strong multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
