Overview:
Responsibilities: Reporting to our shared Head of Health and Safety with a dotted line to our Managing Director, you will need to be proactive and self sufficient to:

- Write, review and update Risk Assessments
- Conduct regular safety inspections to identify potential hazards and risks
- Review and implement safety policies and procedures in compliance with regulations
- Investigate accidents and incidents to determine root causes and prevent future occurrences
- Ensure all relevant safety training is provided to employees on topics such as first aid and fire safety.
- Maintain accurate records of safety-related incidents, inspections, and training sessions
- Collaborate with management and Head of Health and Safety to address safety concerns and improve overall safety performance

**Experience**:

- You should have 2 years experience in a health and safety remit - this role will be great development in a largely standalone role
- Proficient in report writing and documentation; experience of writing Risk Assessment will be essential
- Level 1 NEBOSH Certification is essential.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct root cause analysis
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with employees at all levels.

Pay: £28,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
