Apollo Home Healthcare is seeking an enthusiastic and ambitious Recruitment Consultant to join our well-established team in Codsall, Wolverhampton.

**Although there is no requirement to cold call, you will be targeted to make a high volume of outbound calls to new and previous applicants (warm calls).**

You’ll play a key part in enabling us to expand our care services by achieving and exceeding the set targets.

**The targets are not unrealistic and are very achievable for someone who has the drive to succeed.**

**Your proven results and expertise within a targeted recruitment role will enable you to be successful in this role.**

It’s a fast-paced role where priorities do change often, so it’s important that you are adaptable, have excellent communication skills and are used to high levels of productivity.

This is a great opportunity where you will be part of a growing business, whilst making a positive difference to our service users and their families.

Knowledge of the healthcare industry would be advantageous; however, this isn’t essential.

**This is a full-time, permanent role between the hours of 8.30am - 5.30pm, Monday to Friday. **

**We are offering a competitive salary of £23000pa - £25000pa and in return for your hard work and dedication, we also offer a bonus-based incentive scheme.**

**Applicants must be flexible to cover a mixture of shifts on a weekly rota basis between;**

**8.30am - 4.30pm / 9am - 5pm / 9.30pm - 5.30pm.**
