**Contract: Full Time; Permanent**

Options Autism are recruiting an Adult Care Team Leader to join our teams within the Malvern area. Our registered independent homes offer residential care for vulnerable adults with autism, complex needs and learning disabilities.

Our homes are **based in Malvern** but are within commutable distance of Gloucester, Hereford, Worcester and other surrounding towns and villages.

**The Role**:
To lead, supervise and motivate the night care team within the Unit to ensure that there is a high quality of care and support to Service Users in accordance with Company policies, procedures and practices and the standards set by the Regulatory Body.

**Key Skills Required**:

- Currently hold a Level 2 Diploma in Health & Social Care
- Experience of leading and motivating teams
- Good knowledge of Service User group
- Ability to effectively train individuals and groups
