My client is in the heart of Amersham and are looking for a great people person and estate agent to join and run the lettings team. They have established themselves as one of the most popular estate agencies in the area. They love helping people find, selland let wonderful homes, and understand that moving to a new house is a life-changing decision. They are now looking for an exceptional individual to join them on a fantastic journey

Responsibilities include the running and performance of your team; working towards delivering a business plan target; engage your team and inspire productivity; conduct regular reviews including morning meetings, set realistic goals and empower your teamto reach them; continuously monitor performance making improvements where necessary; contribute innovative marketing ideas and support related initiatives; carry out duties with integrity, meet and exceed both personal and team targets.

You will have the core responsibility for creating new opportunities and appraising properties for let; following up past appraisals to win the business; grow market share; advise sellers on their legal obligations; ensure all properties are marketed tothe best of your ability; update clients on the progress of their home and create strategies to deliver results in line with their expectations; carry out due diligence on tenants and assess the position; negotiate offers and assist in progressing lets.

Qualifications and Skills
- At least 3 years’ experience in Lettings, with at least 1 year as a Manager
- Proven capability of leading by example
- Ability to convert appraisals, into listings and sales
- Must drive and have your own car to use for work
- Live within 30 - 45 minute's drive
