**Position Overview**
My client is looking for someone who is enthusiastic about customers and ensuring they have the best, positive experience during their migration/transition to our business, to join our Project management team.
The position is responsible for the successful delivery of projects on time, within scope and budget. The PM will manage international and national deployments.
The role is expected to effectively manage the planning, execution, monitoring and reporting of customer and internal projects. The successful incumbent will drive progress towards clear and attainable objectives to de-risk projects, maximise benefits and manageproject costs through effective change control. The scope will include projects within the Public and Private sector.
**Duties and Responsibilities for Project Manager**
General:

- Provide an elevated level of communications with internal and external customers throughout the lifecycle of each project
- Create and execute project plans and revise as appropriate to meet the changing needs and requirements.
- Produce & maintain to a high standard all required project documentation (Reports, Gannt Charts, risk matrixes and PMP's).
- Identify resources needed and coordinate with department heads to assign individual responsibilities.
- Manage day to day operation aspects of the project and scope
- Ensure that scheduling, implementation, integration, testing, training, and documentation meet the customer needs and delivered according to the design.
- Demonstrates the ability to work on multiple projects and prioritise different business needs concurrently
**Financial Management**:

- Understand product pricing and billing procedures
- Mange project change effectively; impact assessing requests, tracking of cost, and identifying onward charging opportunities
- Determine appropriate revenue recognition to ensure timely and accurate invoicing
**Communication**:

- Understands the benefits of effective communication
- Manages and records stakeholder, team, and client meetings effectively
- Keeps project team well informed of changes within the project scope
**Technical Understanding**:

- Processes a thorough understanding of business and product capabilities
- Possesses a technical understanding of Videoconferencing, services, and audio-visual components.
- Experience in technology-based projects within the AV/VC/Unified Communications industry.
**Skills Required**:

- 3+ years' experience in the VC/AV industry
- Strong computer, analytical and organizational skills
- Ability to travel as required
- Prince2 Practitioner or equivalent - training can be provided to the right applicant
- Determination and desire to overcome new challenges
