**Essential qualifications and skills**
- Knowledge of and fluent in the English language
- High school qualifications

**Essential experience includes**
- Experience of working in the Independent Sector
- Proven experience as a Cleaner or Housekeeper or similar
- Experience in a customer service role
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Working quickly without compromising quality
- Ability to work with little supervision and maintain a high level of performance
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multi-professional team
- Customer-oriented and friendly
- Occasional working outside of normal office hours in line with the reasonable demands of the role
- Evidence of continuous development
