**Various 12 hour shifts available as follows**:
Day shifts 8.00am - 8.00pm - Saturday & Sunday

Night shifts 8.00pm - 8.00am - Wednesday, Thursday, Friday & Saturday.

Full clean driving licence essential - Licence and counterpart will be viewed prior to interview.
- Knowledge of infection control measures and risk assessments.
- First-Aid Qualification.
- Food Hygiene Certificate.
- Experience in working with people with hearing loss and/or learning disabilities.
- Clear written and spoken English.
- Good numeracy and literacy skills.
- Good IT skills including iPad, etc.
- Be willing to learn Sign Language via in-house training.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- To support a gentleman living in his own home, uphold dignity, ensure safety and maintain comfort, health and well-being at all times.
- Provide all elements of personal care, support and light housework.
- Administer medication
- Maintain records, including person-centred support plan, healthcare passport and in-house training manual.
