We are currently partnered with a market leading consultancy who are currently seeking a BD Ops Administrator.

**Role**

Provide BD and Delivery Management support to the Customer Engagement Teams (CET) by maintaining CRM and Dynamics records, ensuring that data for invoicing and forecasting is correct. Support the Head of BD Ops in the management of the BD pipeline and associatedgovernance

**Key Activities**

Liaise with CET Portfolio leads and appointed delivery leads regularly to ensure their opportunities and projects are accurately reflected in our CRM and within Dynamics. Specifically:

- Ensure their teams submit timesheets every Friday and review for accuracy/approve promptly every Monday to show in project costs/revenue
- Confirm project costs, revenue and GP as expected, reviewing each project monthly
- Accurately reflect project team/resource forecasts on Dynamics Schedule Board, reviewing monthly
- Compare variance to contract value, advise Business Team of any contingency changes required for Fixed Price projects
- Review Business Reporting outputs: Inflight Project Performance
- Liaise with Finance for invoicing of time and expenses and milestone/stage payments as applicable
- Manage project team changes - resources/rates/associate contracts with Resourcing and Business teams
- Manage the sale and mobilisation of extensions with CET/Sales Lead and Business team
- Manage project closure with Business and Finance teams
- Manage opportunity pipeline updates, ensuring CET Portfolio leads keep CRM up to date
- Produce pipeline reports using graphical tools such as Power BI and Sharpcloud
- Analyse pipeline data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Assist with bids and proposals
- Coordinate functional bid approvals and governance in line with sales process

**Experience and Qualifications Required**:

- Familiarity with MS Dynamics an advantage
- Previous experience with data management and maintenance of good data quality
- Experience working within the defence industry
