**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
Are you currently a student who can drive and has the use of a vehicle? Do you want to earn some money whilst studying?

NWCare are recruiting for community care workers for bed rotas in Omagh. The hours are 19:00 until 23:00 and we operate a 4/3 rota - on week one you would work Monday evening, Tuesday evening, Saturday evening and Sunday evening and on week two you would work Wednesday, Thursday and Friday evenings. This rota then reverts back to week one.

You must hold a full driving licence and have the use of a vehicle as the job entails driving to and from Service User homes. We will provide full training for the role in our in-house training academy.

For any students interested in pursuing a career in nursing, this will give you a great background knowledge of a caring role.

We offer one of the highest rates of pay

We require an Enhanced AccessNI certificate from all applicants but NWCare will cover the cost of this (£30)

You must register with NISCC (Northern Ireland Social Care Council) but this will be explained at training

**ESSENTIAL**:

- Full driving licence and access to a motor vehicle
- Great communication skills
- Able to promote and deliver person centered care
- Able to promote dignity and respect when delivering care
- Be well organised/professional/caring
- Interested in working in the community within Health & Social Care
- Care about the community they live in

**DESIRABLE**:
QCF level 3 in H & SC
