What will your day look like?

You will be part of our Data Solution Consulting capability that specializes in advanced data solutions. We bridge the gap between business problems and sophisticated data solutions, helping clients collect, analyze, and activate data at scale to create impactful customer experiences and drive measurable business results.

Our work includes:
**Presales advisory**: Having initial conversations to understand client challenges, define use cases that could benefit from advanced analytics, and recommend potential data science and data-fueled solutions based on previous experience and best practices.

**Solution consulting**: Working collaboratively with clients to analyze their current data capabilities, future ambitions, and capability gaps to recommend a roadmap of advanced data solutions that address their specific business needs.

**Solution design and prototyping**: Creating a coherent vision for implementing data science solutions, building prototypes and proofs of concept that test key assumptions, and providing high-level blueprints for production-grade implementation.

We are currently looking for consultants for our Copenhagen or London office. Work will primarily be on site, with flexibility to work from home occasionally if needed. Light travel activity can be required for client workshops.

**Seniority and role**

**Senior Data Solution Consultant**: You have 6-9 years of experience in data consulting roles with a track record of successful project delivery and demonstrated leadership skills. You think strategically and can take a client lead role, driving advisory and business development. You can lead the scoping and delivery of consulting projects, independently manage client conversations, and mentor junior consultants.

Who are you going to work with?

As a Data Solution Consultant specializing in Advanced Data Solutions, you will work closely with a diverse team of professionals both inside and outside of VML MAP.

You will be part of a group of experienced Data Solution Consultants and will often collaborate with colleagues from other consulting practice groups, including Business Strategy, Marketing Technology, Experience and Business Architecture Consultants.

You will also work closely with our Client Engagement leads, Tech and Data specialists, and directly with key stakeholders in the data, marketing, and IT organizations of large global companies. You'll have opportunities to engage with our technology partners such as Salesforce, Adobe, Google, and Snowflake.

Advanced Data Solutions experience and expertise
- University degree or equivalent in data science, statistics, computer science, or related field.
- Expert knowledge in predictive modeling, machine learning algorithms, and statistical analysis.
- Experience with translating business problems into data science solutions.
- Hands-on experience with data science tools and programming languages (e.g., Python).
- Understanding of model development, validation, and deployment processes.
- Experience with data visualization and communicating insights to non-technical audiences.
- Experience supervising or mentoring data scientists and engineers.
