**About Us**:
Education in Action organizes engaging educational study days for A-Level and GCSE students across the country. We are excited to host a series of events in London from 06/11/2024 to 06/12/2024 and are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team

**Role Overview**:
We are seeking outgoing and confident individuals to act as Front of House staff during our events. Your role will be crucial in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring smooth operations throughout the day.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Set up the reception area and speakers’ lounge, maintaining tidiness throughout the day, clean up at end of events.
- Register schools before the event and provide necessary paperwork and handouts to teachers and students.
- Manage the crowd inside the hall, guiding each school group to their seats.
- Oversee crowd management during breaks and lunchtime.
- Assist programme managers with any ad-hoc tasks as needed throughout the day.

**Qualifications**:

- Experience in event management.
- Strong hospitality background.
- Excellent guest service skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment.
