**What you’ll do**

**Department**: Operational Support

**Reporting To**: Maintenance Team Manager

We have a permanent vacancy within the Operational Support Department working dayshift.

**Your key responsibilities**
- Allocation and distribution of workload amongst Craftworkers
- Carry out administration of team performance tasks of direct reports
- Ensure adherence to Site Schedule
- Ensuring all maintenance work is compliant with Site Standards and regulations
- Provide technical and/or practical assistance to craftworkers as the business needs
- Provide additional fault finding and leadership to craftworker teams
- Supervise and support continuous development of relevant direct reports, including regular performance reviews.
- Lead team with regards to SHE & Q
