**Key Responsibilities**:

- Review project plans, specifications, and drawings to understand project requirements
- Conduct thorough cost analysis for materials, labour, and equipment
- Collaborate with our supply chain to obtain accurate pricing information
- Prepare detailed cost estimates and tenders for client review
- Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans
- Participate in bid meetings and negotiations with clients
- Maintain accurate records of estimates, bids, and project documentation
- Client retention and development
- Application of estimating knowledge and principles from industry experience and contact base.

**What qualities will you need to be successful?**
- Strong technical and estimation skills.
- Ability to lead multiple tenders simultaneously.
- Excellent communication, time management and organisation skills.
- Enthusiastic with a high attention to detail and ability to work on their own initiative.
- Excellent mathematical and analytical skills.
- Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and techniques.

**What we require**:

- A successful professional with at least five years of experience in the Construction Industry.
- A track record in converting tenders into secured projects, within the M&E Building Services sector (would be preferential, but not essential).
- An electrical engineering background with strong technical knowledge of electrical services/systems would be beneficial.
- A drive, hunger and ambition to develop within a fast paced and dynamic team.

Pay: £20,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
