**This role is Matenrity Cover (12 months fixed term contract).**

**Your Tasks**:

- Freight planning, processing special cases.
- Raise and Issue relevant paperwork to selected 3rd parties transport companies.
- Instruct 3rd party agents accordingly to adhere HMRC procedures and policy are followed when acting on EGGER’s behalf.
- Evaluations (monthly benchmarks, ad-hoc reports).
- Out-of-hours support and absence cover.
- Match suitable part-loads together within defined geographical and time constraints.
- Advise Customer Service / Sales of delays or difficulties.
- Liaise with Sales and Finance in case of credit-blocked deliveries.
- Provide customers with notice-of-delivery when required.
- In-house systems training e.g. SAP, BO-Analysis

**Our Requirements**:

- Intermediate standard of IT skills and competent use of Microsoft Products (Word, Excel and Outlook).
- Reasonable standard of secondary education.
- Health and Safety Awareness.
- Transport Qualification prefered - CILT level 1, 2
