We are looking to recruit a IoT Field Support Engineer on our Support Function based from our office at London Wall.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead on planning, surveying, designing, deploying and supporting our Lora network within our clients property portfolios
- Lead on the provisioning, configuration and deployment of all sensors within our clients property portfolios
- Supervisor onsite local resources to aid deployment of sensors and gateways.
- Manage / own the TTI / Daizy / cthings provisioning and network software platforms
- Stock management of all gateways and sensors including sensor refurbishment.
- Collaborate with internal teams to test new IoT products and identify issues
- Build TTI/azure based monitoring and mgmt. tools and processes that will scale.
- Full stack troubleshooting of the IoT platform including, network, hardware, software(Lora Sensor to Azure Stream Analytics)
- Draft and submit monthly reports on the health of sensors, gateways and the overall IoT field deployment.

- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work under pressure and complete tasks in a timely manner.
