Regulation and Compliance Administrator

Meallmore are looking for a regulation and compliance administrator to join our ever-growing team at head office in Caulfield House, Inverness. We are a leading provider of residential care services, currently operating 26 Care Homes across Scotland. Our high-quality care is individually tailored to residents’ needs, while allowing them to be as independent as they wish.
We are looking for an individual who has dealt with compliance in their recent employment history. This will need to be coupled with your incredible attention to detail and high level of customer service to be successful.
Responsibilities of a Regulation & Compliance Administrator:
- Extract and report on compliance matters to management with necessary analysis.
- Provide regular reports on compliance matters to a high degree of accuracy.
- Provide ad hoc information and analysis requested by management.
- Support care homes in reporting and compliance matters.
- To develop a strong understanding of company policies, systems and procedures and be able to identify non-compliance.
- To influence and assist in establishing and maintaining appropriate standards of business practice consistent with company and regulatory requirements.
**Qualifications and skills**:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent administrative and organisational skills
- Numeric and analysis skills
- Strong time management and ability to meet/prioritise competing deadlines
- Attention to detail
- Strong experience of Microsoft Office programs, specifically Excel
- Experience with generating reports
**Desirable skills**:
- Power BI
- Understanding of UKVI sponsorship process
- Research and analytics

Salary**:£22,830 **per annum + benefits
Hours: Monday to Friday 37.5 hours per week (may have a hybrid element)
