**Care Assistant - Harold Hill**

**Salary**:£12.00 per hour equivalent to £23,150 Full Time Equivalent, including travel time plus 45p per mile and more amazing benefits

**Contract**:Full time, Part time, including evenings and weekends

**Shifts**:Various shifts available**

**Travel required** - You will be required to travel around Harold Hill and the surrounding area, which will include Hornchurch, Upminster, Romford, Gidea Park, Harold Wood, Rainham, Collier Row, Emerson Park, Elm Park, and Corbet’s Tey so a **Full driving licence and own vehicle is essential.**

**To be considered as a Care Assistant, you need**:

- A valid driving license and use of personal vehicle for work purposes
- To be 18 and over
- Previous experience in the care industry is not essential as full training will be provided.
- To want to provide a high quality of care and support to vulnerable people
- Exceptional listening and communication skills
- To possess an empathetic approach
- To be willing to provide personal care
- A proactive approach to work and be able to work on your own initiative
- To be able to work flexibly depending on the needs of the work environment
- To have a passion to make a positive difference to people’s lives; being considerate and supportive is a must

Previous experience in the care industry is not essential as full training will be provided.
