We are looking for a cheerful, hard working member of staff to join us in our long established and modern independent Opticians in Ashton on Mersey, Sale.

We give the best in patient care. Looking after our patients and making them welcome is our top priority.

The job includes
- All aspects of Optical reception work including meeting and greeting, booking appointments, ordering frames and lenses, helping with frame selection and adjustments, and dealing with NHS forms.

Qualities needed
- Honesty and confidentiality
- Polite, friendly personality
- Customer care is the most important aspect of this role.
- Numerate with some computer skills
- Hard working and need to work well as part of a team.
- Previous optical retail and dispensing experience is an advantage
- GCSEs in Maths and English

Hours
- Part time at 23.4 hours per week / full time position at 37.5 hours per week, including some Saturdays, only to 12.30 pm (no Sundays).

**Salary**: starting from £ 19500 (FULL TIME / PRO RATA for reduced hours), depending on experience
