Our team at Priesty Fields is dedicated to providing a comprehensive range of services, including residential, nursing, respite, and customized care for diverse and complex needs.
As a Care Practitioner on our Day Shift team, you will play a vital role in supporting our residents and enhancing their quality of life. Your responsibilities will include:
Participating in all required training to maintain high standards of care
Assisting residents with personal care, hygiene, mealtime support, and participation in daily activities
Offering emotional support and companionship to foster a warm, inclusive atmosphere
Encouraging residents to pursue their hobbies, interests, and routines to lead enriched lives
Upholding the cleanliness and safety standards within the care home
Collaborating closely with team members to ensure all resident needs are met in a flexible, responsive manner
