The Front of House in any WatchHouse are responsible for delivering an outstanding customer experience to each and every person that visits us. A key dynamic to the smooth and efficient running of our espresso bars and brunch sites. Usually the first point of contact for a customer we are looking for friendly, welcoming, knowledgeable and detail focused people.

Ideally we would like our Front of House to come to us with experience in a restaurant or large coffee shop setting. Someone who is approachable, proactive and hard working. A genuine lover of hospitality and who prides themselves in delivering an unparalleled customer experience.

Experience Preferred:

- Previous experience within a high-end food & beverage environment; which includes working with other Front of House & Barista staff.
- Proven track records in hospitality, punctual, adaptable and a hard worker.
- Strong planning and organisational skills with a sense of priority for deadlines and attention to detail.
