**The Role**

As a Unit Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring our customers have a great time when they visit us You will be driven, passionate, and have a natural ability to create a fun environment for both our customers and team. You will:

- Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring excellent customer service and adherence to policies and procedures.
- Promote a sales-focused culture and identify sales opportunities within the centre.

**Skills You Need**
- At least 12 months of supervisory experience in leisure, hospitality, or retail

- Ambitious and eager to progress
- Fully flexible and adaptable to change
