Female Complex Care Assistant

We're recruiting experienced dedicated and compassionate Care Workers to join our nurse-led team at Cera to provide care to our clients in and around the Airdrie (ML6) area.
You'll be providing care and support to an adult female who loves to go out and about, she's had a stroke her specific needs include:
- Stroke support
- Personal Care
Shifts include
- 9.15am to 2.45pm with Alternate Weekends
- 5pm to 8.30pm with Alternate Weekends
We provide a comprehensive clinical training and induction programme, overseen by professional nurses, to ensure you have the skills and confidence to succeed in your role working as a Care Worker in the Specialist Team. We are looking for people who have excellent people skills, are great communicators and can work effectively in a team as well as independently.

^In Scotland, all care staff are required to register with the Scottish Social Services Council (SSSC), the regulator for the social service workforce in Scotland. You must maintain your registration with SSSC and ensure your annual renewal is completed. You must also work towards your SVQ2 which Cera will fund however, there will be an SVQ registration fee which will be payable by the employee.
