**About Us**:
APD Inventories is a newly launched inventory reporting company backed by over 8 years of experience in the property industry through our sister company, APD Maintenance. We already work with a strong network of estate agency clients across London and are expanding rapidly.

At APD, we prioritise professionalism, clear communication, and reliability - both for our clients and the freelancers we work with. We're building a team of inventory clerks who enjoy the work they do and feel supported by our responsive, organised admin team.

**About the Role**:
We’re looking for experienced freelance Inventory Clerks to carry out high-quality inventory reports, check-ins, check-outs, and mid-tenancy visits. This role is fully flexible and works on a per-job basis, with the potential for a full-time equivalent schedule as we scale.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Carry out detailed property inspections and submit reports via Inventory Base
- Record condition, cleanliness, contents, and take clear photos (wide-angle lens preferred)
- Liaise professionally with agents, tenants, and landlords
- Manage time effectively to attend multiple bookings if scheduled
- Be able to commit to ad hoc assignments with short notice.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in inventory reporting
- Excellent written English, strong attention to detail, and professional conduct
- Own equipment: laptop and mobile phone
- Proficiency with Inventory Base (or quick to learn)
- Self-employed status (you will invoice us for your work)
- Must be available during key demand periods (end/start of month, weekends, spring-autumn)
- Be able to travel to jobs in and around Greater London at their own expense (either via their own vehicle or public transport)

**Pay**: Approx. £1000-£3,500/month depending on volume of jobs accepted

**Schedule**: Flexible - Monday to Saturday, occasional Sundays optional
