This independent, modern, Italian restaurant is now looking for a Bartender/Server to join the team.

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and serve a range of cocktails, wines, beer, and other beverages to a high standard.
- Provide exceptional table service to guests, including taking food and drink orders and delivering them promptly.
- Ensure the bar is fully stocked, clean, and organised at all times.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of our cocktail menu, wines, and Italian cuisine.
- Monitor customer needs and proactively offer assistance and recommendations.
- Handle payments accurately and responsibly.
- Follow all health and safety regulations and uphold cleanliness standards.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and front-of-house team to ensure smooth service.

**Requirements**:

- Previous 1 years’ experience in a similar role within a restaurant or bar environment.
- Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, and bar equipment.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
- Well-groomed, punctual, and reliable.
- Must be of legal age to serve alcohol.
