In line with our commitment to grow the business, The Completely Group is hiring a Head of Growth for the PropTech business who will report directly to the MD.

You will lead our sales, accounts, and marketing teams while taking responsibility for running the strategy around customer acquisition and retention.

**About Us**

We run the UK’s leading proptech-focused platform, CompletelyRetail.co.uk (CR). We transform the way the market thinks about retail spaces and how they are marketed.

Our ambition is to reshape the traditional thinking of retail marketing through digital transformation, data technologies, and engineering expertise.
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Work with the MD to build out a sales plan that targets different products on the portal
- Leading a team to create and implement strategic sales and marketing initiatives
- Conduct best practices that will allow account managers to retain and grow accounts
- Using data and analytics for decision making and measuring sales and marketing effectiveness
- Ensuring consistent messaging that is aligned with the brand
- Building relationships with new and existing customers
- Ensure pricing of products is correct based on demand and in line with what our competitors are offering
- Reporting on sales targets to Senior team

**Required Experience**:

- Two to three years of experience as sales manager
- Three to five years of sales experience
- Proven track record of positive sales performance
- Presentation skills

**Desirable Experience**:

- Degree or Masters preferred, not essential
