**Head Office Administrator/ Receptionist**
We are looking for a Head Office Administrator/ Receptionist for our new Head Offices based in Crawley and currently temporarily based in East Grinstead. Therefore, the applicant will be required to have a drivers license and their own vehicle.
- Greeting and assisting visitors to Head Office.
- Answering all Head Office phone calls and directing the calls too.
- Helping the CEO with admin tasks as and when required.
- Assist to schedule patient appointments and ensure good diary management across all sites.
- Provide patients and employees with basic information about dental procedures, medications, and treatments available to them in the practice.
- Answer questions from patients, managers and other team members.
- Additional duties as assigned by management.
- Running admin errands on behalf of the business.
- Filing, shredding, managing head office daily tasks.
**Skills**:
- Excellent people skills with the ability to maintain a positive attitude towards patients, co-workers, and management.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently and/or as part of a team.
- Ability to communicate effectively with patients and other staff members.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and EMR systems.
This position is full time Monday-Friday from 8:00am - 6:00pm. The pay rate for the position is minimum wage unless you have relevant experience in the same industry or a similar role.
