**DIGITAL ANALYST**

**£30,000-£35,000 + BENEFITS**

**COVENTRY**

**Translating data and insights is key in this role. Therefore, this company is looking to hire an enthusiastic Digital Analyst with great communication skills.**

**THE COMPANY**:
This role is in a leading financial services institution, which focuses on balances, savings, and mortgages. Following a successful couple of years, they have been focusing on a digital transformation. You could come in and champion this change, and reallybe able to make an impact.

**THE ROLE**:
As a Digital Analyst, you will work on the company's digital channels by:

- Having a focus on conversion.
- Delving into reports and providing clear, impactful insights.
- Be a point of contact for all customer analytics on the website.
- Understanding gaps and opportunities in the data.
- Creating dashboards and reports using data visualisation tools e.g. Google Data Studio, Power BI, Tableau, etc.
- Delve into user behaviour, customer journey, basket analysis, customer churn etc.

**YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE**:
A successful Digital Analyst will have the following skills and experience:

- Proven commercial experience with web analytics tools e.g. Google Analytics.
- Ability and experience interacting with key stakeholders.
- Understanding of visualisation/BI tools e.g.Power BI, Google Data Studio.
- Experience with a tag management tool e.g.Google Tag Manager.

**THE BENEFITS**:
You will receive a salary, dependent on experience. Salary is up to £35,000 On top of the salary there are some fantastic extra benefits.
