**About The Role**:
**Role: 4 x Production Operatives**

**Location: Cardington, Bedford, MK42 0PQ**

**Contract Type - Permanent, Full time**

**Working Hours and Days: 8am to 5pm - Monday to Thursday, 8:30am to 4pm - Friday (38.5 hours per week)**

**Salary - £24,856 (plus monthly incentive bonus paid against site targets)**

**About the Role**
We are looking for a dedicated Production Operative to join our Operations team in Cardington. In this hands-on role, you’ll be responsible for recording and processing IT assets to the highest standards, helping us deliver exceptional service to our customers and meet our site performance targets. Your work will directly support our mission to make IT lifecycle management secure, efficient and sustainable.

**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Process IT hardware in line with customer specifications and company standards
- Test, palletise and prepare equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintain accurate records of production activities and stock levels
- Ensure all assets are stored securely and accounted for correctly
- Carry out general warehouse housekeeping and comply with health and safety procedures
- Provide absence cover across all warehouse responsibilities when required
- Follow all relevant processes and company procedures
- Support continuous improvement by contributing to a safe, compliant and high-performing workplace

**About You**
- Previous experience working in a warehouse, production or similar operational environment
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality and accuracy
- Good understanding of health and safety practices
- A positive team player who is resilient, adaptable and reliable
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to support the wider team as needed
