Brooklands House is a family run residential care home for the elderly, which has been in operation for over 35 years. Location: Woodville Terrace, Lytham, FY8 5QB (Opposite Lowther Gardens). We aim to run our business in the most homely way to provide the best care for all our residents. We have a wonderful team of staff to work alongisde. Full training is offered and paid for by the company.
We are currently looking to hire a Night Care Assistant to work three night shifts per week. These shifts will be set on a weekly rota with the shift beginning at 10.00pm and finishing at 8.00am. This includes a one hour paid break. Overtime will also be available at times for those who would like it.
Duties will include caring for up to 29 elderly residents i.e. assisting to bed, assisting with toileting needs etc. There will also be some light domestic duties involved.
A DBS is required for this position. The cost of the DBS will be paid for by the employer. There is onsite parking at the location.
**Salary**: £11.95 - £14.00 per hour
