**Role - Administrator**
Reach Recruitment are delighted to be working with our client, a not for profit organisation that are at the heart of the community.
This role will be supporting the HR Manager with administrative tasks, and will give you the opportunity to learn new skillsets from a great mentor.
**Duties will cover**:
- Office Administration
- Upkeep of the HR Software system
- Job board administration and review
- Pre-screening and reviewing applicants
**What skills and knowledge are we looking for?**
- Helpful attitude and willingness to learn essential
- Excellent ICT skills
- Microsoft software experience
- Strong communication skills
- HR Admin experience - desirable
This is an excellent opportunity for a first step into the world of Human Resources and gain some real exposure.
