The primary school is looking to recruit an experienced Behaviour Mentor on a long-term basis.
**Responsibilities**:
- Supporting students alongside the class teacher and two support staff.
- Designing care plans that best suit the students' needs.
- Providing emotional support by talking to students about their needs and listening to their concerns.
- An enhanced child DBS.
- Experience supporting children or adults with challenging behaviour.
- Willingness to learn.
