Catering Assistant

Job Introduction
As a **Catering Assistant **at Sodexo in **Bassetlaw Hospital, Worksop**, you will help with the preparation and serving of our vibrant menu whilst ensuring all working areas are kept clean and tidy. Great customer service and a cheerful temperament is vital in this role, your interaction with patients, staff and visitors can help to alleviate some of the stress that is often associated with hospitals. **What you’ll do**:

- Assist in setup and serving of hot and/or cold foods from counters and steamtables
- Clean and sanitise equipment and workstations
- Reads recipes and/or product directions
- Breakdown stations at the end of meal periods or service

**What you bring**:

- A passion for providing nutritious and delicious meals
- Positive attitude, professionalism, and respect for others
- Basic food-handling skills
- Ability to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 8 hours)

Package Description
**PLEASE NOTE THIS IS A CASUAL CONTRACT**
