We understand hospitality can involve anti-social hours. All contracted staff who earn less than £36,000 full-time annual salary can earn up to £13.50 per hour

This is working Sunday - Thursday from 7pm - 5am, Saturday and Sunday from 5am - 7pm and Friday and Saturday evening from 7pm - 5am

We also recognise everyone plays their part to provide amazing service.

**On top of your salary you can** **earn up to £1,000 service charge per quarter (points based criteria for eligibility).**

**About the Role**

This is an operational role whereby you will ensure your team ensures that Meeting and Event guests are catered for and that the department runs efficiently, effectively and maintains a maximum external & internal customer care required to meet the company standards. You will manage, train and supervise all team members working in the Meeting & Events department whilst observing their work performance and development. You will also assist in reviewing and implementing standards and procedures in relation to Meeting and Events service.
- Proven ability to understand P&L process and operating within the parameters of budgets.
- Accountable for M&E controllable expenses to achieve or exceed budgeted goals
- Accountable for controllable payroll costs and ability to flex around forecasted revenues.
- Can demonstrate the success management of high volume functions.
- Has worked with a Gant analysis (or similar module) to ensure the delivery of multiple tasks/functions.

- Collaborates effectively with the wider F&B Service Management Team and Management Team of other operations of the business.
- Have managed a team of at least 10 staff.
