Central Employment are looking to recruit a data and results Paid Search Specialist, as we engage and support an expanding online fitness brand based in the North East.

The role presents an unlimited growth opportunity for a strategic, self-motivated, and ambitious individual who can shape and make this role their own.

You will have responsibility for setting up, managing, optimising and auditing Paid Media/Search campaigns. You’ll be a fan of data and able to analyse and report performance back to the head of marketing and key stakeholders in an easy to understand way,establishing rapport as you work.

We’re looking for someone with an in-depth technical understanding of Paid Search Marketing, a team player and someone who is constantly pushing the boundaries of best practice. If you have at least 2 years of experience managing Paid Media accounts thenwe’d love to hear from you.

**Responsibilities of the Paid Search Specialist**:

- Create, monitor and report on all PPC & Paid Social Ad campaigns.
- Analyse and optimise campaigns for best results and to improve ROI.
- Work on seasonal campaigns with the head of marketing and content strategist, where required, pushing the boundaries with PPC ad testing.
- Analysing trends and making data-driven decisions.
- Writing engaging copy for adverts.
- Ideate and make creative suggestions for advert templates.
- Organise and structure ads into groups and sets for better referencing.
- Producing detailed analysis and reports of campaigns.
- Presenting data and reports.
- Metadata updates.
- Blog Optimisation.
- Competitor Analysis and competitor keyword analysis.
- Work alongside PR/outreach efforts to generate valuable backlinks.
- Keep the wider team up to date with the key facts around PPC performance and SEO
- Monitor and contribute to the technical foundation of the site.
- Be up to date with the latest Google Algorithm Updates.
- Provide ad-hoc administrative support to the Digital team.
- Helping to achieve online sales targets whilst optimising profit margins.

**Experience required:

- **
- Experience in a B2C focused Paid Media/PPC focussed role
- Circa 3+ years experience in a similar role (ideally supervising a team but not necessary).
- Excellent time management, attention to detail, multi-tasking, and organisational skills.
- Excellent understanding and demonstrated experience in managing Paid Media campaigns across social platforms, paid search and shopping.
- Proven experience in successfully scaling various size accounts through paid media strategy and hands-on optimisation.
- A strong portfolio of PPC success stories where performance improvements are demonstrated by meeting and exceeding KPIs.
- Strong commercial awareness, using insightful reports to demonstrate. tangible ROI for clients while working within each client’s business model.
- Experience managing delivery teams and delegating work effectively.
- Expert level of experience in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets.
- Expert level knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, Tag Manager, Google Ads and reporting.
- Expert level knowledge of Facebook Ads.
- A good command of written English, including spelling and grammar.
- Passionate and collaborative. A hands-on, detail-oriented team player. Ability to contribute within a team environment.
- A self-starter - proactive, enthusiastic and self-motivated with a passion for achievement and the drive to make things happen. You should be prepared to take the initiative and make things happen.
- Meticulous to detail with a logical and methodical approach to problem solving.
- Self-starter with a can do attitude.

- Agency experience is highly beneficial for this role.
- Experience using 3rd party bid management tools and/or Google Marketing Platform.
- Experience using Tableau, Power BI or Data Studio is a bonus.
- Experience setting up data dashboards is a plus.
