As one of London’s top live music venues, the Club is a creative hub where 6 home produced bands and headline acts including Red Hot Chilli Peppers and The Jacksons have performed.

We are currently looking for top talent to come and join our team and share this unique and luxury setting in Mayfair.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the daily operations of the uniform room
- Be approachable and helpful, building good relations with employee’s at all levels
- Support and assist new starters with their first uniform fittings, ensuring there is enough supply for new starters
- Monitor and log stock levels, completing inventory of uniforms and linens
- Issue and receive uniform items for employees, including shoes
- Oversee the dry cleaning of items, liaising with the dry cleaning service
- Ensure that uniform items are in excellent condition, reporting any damaged items to Supervisor, and assisting with any small repair work. I.e. sewing buttons
- Remove old stock from circulation and issue new replacements
- Keep laundry room organised and tidy
- Supporting the supervisor with ad hoc tasks

Entry Requirements

The Arts Club is searching for highly motivated and experienced individuals, who have worked in a similar role. You will be an excellent and confident communicator with exceptional people skills.

Other skills that will need to be demonstrated include:

- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong organisational skills
- Impeccable appearance of personal grooming
- Confident, professional and welcoming personality
- Genuine passion and enthusiasm to learn
- Proficient in English language
