Medics Heath Roster System Support Officer

The E-rostering Systems Officer is to assist the Medical Rostering Manager and Medical Rota Design, Quality and Job planning Manager in providing a comprehensive support service to all users of the systems; to lead on roll out of project work to increase the utilisation of the system throughout the Trust and to provide training on the system and project support on the roll out to new departments as required.

Medics Heath Roster System Support Officer (Band 5)

The Medical Director’s Office is one of the most high-profile departments in the Trust - overseeing a wide range of issues covering the whole
patient experience, patient safety and clinical effectiveness.

The Medics HealthRoster Systems Officer role is to lead on and assist in providing a comprehensive support service to all users of the medics health roster systems (EOL, Rostering, Job Planning); to lead on roll out and full utilisation of the systems throughout the Trust and to provide training on the system and project support on the roll out to new departments as required. You will assist the team in providing an efficient and effective service to the medical workforce. Provide effective communication to queries, with the need to use own initiative as and when required. You will be the initial point of contact for the team and provide support on medical health rostering.

You will need to possess excellent administrative and IT skills, as well as excellent people and communication skills. Dealing with various
enquiries both internally and externally, you will need to have a flexible and pragmatic approach to your work.
