**£35K- £47K**

A 5* national house building client of Fawkes & Reece are seeking an experienced Assistant Site Manager for a large development in cambridgeshire.

**The Client**

An accomplished volume house builder who prides themselves on building sustainable communities with quality homes and excellent customer service for all new home buyers.

The site comprises of 200 mixed tenure units, including 2,3,4, and 5 bedroom homes.

**The individual**

To be successful in this role you must have previous Assistant Site Manager experience with a national volume house builder with regular NHBC inspections.

My client is seeking a highly motivated and tenacious Assistant Site Manager ready to take on a new challenge. You will be the driving force behind a proactive and efficient team, handing over high quality homes and providing 5* customer service.

As an Assistant Site Manager you will support and report directly to your Site Manager. Seeing developments from site set out through to completion and final handover.

**Duties**
- Assist with the management of day-to-day site construction and operations
- Building and maintaining relationships to assist with the Co-ordination of contractor and sub - contractor teams
- Implementation of Health & Safety and Environmental regulations
- Conduct regular inspections of works carried out, identifying any snags, exercising appropriate action and complete in a timely manner
- Management of material stock and availability
- Conduct Toolbox talks and Site Inductions
- Raise issues which may impact the program, budget and or development in a timely manner

**Skills and experience**

Proven track record of Assistant Site Management, with a high-volume house builder

Excellent communication and motivation

IT competent

SMSTS

First Aid
