Everything we do at The Farm is for a greater purpose of delivering an experience to our customers which they will enjoy and remember.

We are looking for a fun, energetic individual to take on the responsibility of Nourish Restaurant Barista roles and support the front of house team during the weekend.

Hours vary between 8:30am-4:30pm and 9:30pm-5:30pm.

Weather depending we also have our outdoor takeaway food and drinks Shepherds Hut which thrives during the summer holidays and at the weekends.

**Responsible for**:

- Customers experience & service
- Taking payments
- Restocking & Cleaning
- Stock rotation
- Coffee machine - barista & cleanliness
- Opening & closing of the Shepherds Hut & Restaurant
- Ensuring the courtyard is clean and tidy for takeaway customers
- Supporting Front of house team
- Ensuring all the correct signage, menus and pricing are on show
- Fridge temperature checks
- Making a delicious cup of coffee...

**Ensuring the best customer experience**
- Ensure customers are served promptly and minimise queuing, working also as part of the team
- Creating a warm, friendly and relaxed environment for customers
- Provide customers with exceptional customer service - always put the customers first.
- Enthusiasm in everything that you do.
